- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Production or Metallurgy also considered).

- 3–6 years of quality experience in a PEB, structural steel fabrication, LGSF/LGSS or prefab manufacturing factory (freshers with strong fabrication internships may be considered for a junior grade).

- Hands-on experience reading and interpreting fabrication drawings, GA drawings, weld symbols and BOMs.

- Working knowledge of welding processes and weld inspection.

- Familiarity with NDT methods and with coating and galvanising inspection.

- In-process quality: LGSF, LGSS and prefab panels

- In-process quality: PEB and heavy steel

- Inspect and verify steel coils, plates, sections, purlin and LGS coil stock, fasteners, bolts, sheeting and insulation against specifications and mill test certificates (MTC).

- Inspect cutting, fit-up, built-up section assembly,



welding (SAW, MIG/CO2), straightening and drilling against approved shop drawings.

- Prepare and maintain inspection and test plans (ITP), quality plans, checklists, calibration records and traceability by heat/batch number.

- Carry out pre-dispatch inspection, packing and loading checks, and issue the quality dossier and release documents.

- Raise NCRs, lead root cause analysis (5-Why, 8D, fishbone) and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to closure.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
