Job Summary

Medipol Pharmaceuticals India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled HPLC Executive for its pharmaceutical manufacturing facility at Baddi. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in operating HPLC instruments and performing analytical testing of pharmaceutical raw materials, in-process samples and finished products.

The selected candidate will be responsible for routine analytical testing, instrument operation, preparation of mobile phases and standards, analytical documentation and maintaining compliance with GMP and laboratory SOPs.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Independently operate and handle HPLC instruments for routine pharmaceutical analysis.
- Perform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples and finished pharmaceutical products.
- Prepare mobile phases, standard solutions, sample solutions and reagents as per approved analytical methods.
- Perform HPLC analysis as per approved specifications, STPs and pharmacopoeial methods.
- Understand and interpret chromatograms, retention times, peak areas and analytical results.
- Maintain HPLC instrument usage logs, calibration records and maintenance records.
- Perform system suitability testing before conducting sample analysis.
- Identify and report abnormal chromatographic results, deviations and out-of-specification (OOS)



results to the reporting authority.
- Ensure proper documentation of analytical worksheets, raw data and laboratory records.
- Coordinate with the QC team for timely completion of testing activities.
- Follow laboratory safety practices, GMP requirements and internal SOPs.
- Ensure cleanliness, proper handling and routine maintenance of laboratory instruments.

- Minimum Graduate in Pharmacy or Science.
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc.



in Chemistry or relevant science discipline preferred.

Experience & Technical Skills
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on HPLC operating experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Practical knowledge of HPLC instruments, chromatographic techniques and analytical methods.
- Knowledge of mobile phase preparation, standard preparation and sample analysis.
- Understanding of system suitability testing and chromatogram interpretation.
- Basic knowledge of GMP, GLP, SOPs and laboratory documentation.
- Experience with UV spectrophotometer and other QC instruments will be an added advantage.

Salary & Advantages
- Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000.
- Salary will depend on relevant experience and technical competency.
- Full-time permanent opportunity at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.
