Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS) cum Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity estimations, cost analysis, rate analysis and budgeting for civil and infrastructure projects.
2. Develop project schedules, work plans and construction timelines using MS Project or Primavera P6.
3. Monitor project progress against planned schedules, identify delays and prepare corrective action plans.
4. Prepare and verify RA bills, contractor bills, client billing, material reconciliation and quantity measurements.
5. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, contractors and vendors to ensure timely execution,
cost control and project completion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 4–8 years of experience in QS and Project Planning.
- Valuable knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing and quantity surveying.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
- Experience in civil construction and infrastructure projects.
- Willingness to work at project sites across the above-mentioned locations.
Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in warehouse construction, silo projects, industrial buildings, infrastructure development, roads and civil structural works will be preferred.
