Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor and evaluate sales calls to ensure quality standards.
- Assess sales executives’ communication skills, pitch quality, and customer-handling techniques.
- Identify gaps in sales performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
- Prepare quality reports and maintain call evaluation records.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve overall performance and customer experience.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Robust observation and analytical abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
