Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified QS & Billing Engineer responsible for quantity surveying, project billing, BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, measurement verification, and cost control. The candidate should have experience in handling client billing, subcontractor billing, and project commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and quantity estimations.
2. Prepare client RA bills (Running Account Bills) as per project progress.
3. Handle subcontractor billing and verify bills against actual site measurements.
4. Conduct joint measurements with clients and consultants.
5. Prepare measurement sheets, reconciliation statements, and billing documentation.
6. Monitor project quantities, variations, and extra items.
7. Prepare rate analysis for additional and extra items.
8. Coordinate with site execution, planning, and project teams for billing requirements.
9. Track project costs, material consumption, and quantity variations.

Ensure timely submission and certification of client and subcontractor bills.
11. Maintain records of BOQ, drawings, measurement books, and billing documents.
12. Verify civil drawings and specifications to ensure accurate quantity calculations.

- Solid knowledge of MS Excel and billing documentation.

Interested candidates with relevant QS & Billing experience in Civil Construction / EPC projects are preferred.
