Analysis and online documentation of In-Process, Intermediate, cleaning Samples and raw materials on daily basis as per approved spec and STP based on daily work allocation.
To report allotted individual work report carried out in respective shift.
Maintaining the lab as per GLP requirement by following ALCOA and Six S principles.
Maintaining quality standards as per cGMP norms.
Maintain housekeeping in shift.
Coordinating to manager to get documentation on line as per GLP requirement.
Filling the process OOS/Deviations/ Lab incident etc in respective Shift.
Calibration of instrument as per schedule daily, monthly and quarterly.
