We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic QA/QC (NDT) Faculty to join our training team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), along with a passion for teaching and training students.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on QA/QC and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).
- Teach quality control procedures, inspection methods, and industry standards.
- Explain NDT techniques such as UT, RT, MT, PT, and VT.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and training materials.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and technical sessions.
- Guide students on industry requirements and career opportunities.
- Assess student performance through tests and practical evaluations.
- Keep updated with the latest QA/QC and NDT industry practices.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant industry or teaching experience.
- Basic knowledge of QA/QC and NDT methods.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Passion for teaching and student development.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
