Food Processing / Ketchup Manufacturing

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 2-5 Years in Tomato Ketchup / Sauces / FMCGJ job Role & Responsibilities:

- Quality Control:Daily checking of raw tomato pulp, spices, preservatives & packaging material

Check Brix, pH, Acidity, Viscosity, Color of ketchup in every batchEnsure taste, texture and aroma as per company standard

- Production Quality:Monitor production line - cooking temp, filling, sealing, sterilizationImplement GMP, GHP & HACCP on shop floorReduce customer complaints and batch rejection
- Lab & Documentation:Maintain all QA reports, lab testing reports, COA

Prepare documents for FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP audits

Handle lab equipments - pH meter, Refractometer, Viscometer

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
