Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC professional to manage quality assurance and quality control activities related to third-party manufacturing of Ayurvedic, Herbal and Nutraceutical products. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, vendor quality management and adherence to applicable GMP standards across external manufacturing units.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage QA/QC activities for products manufactured through third-party manufacturers.
2. Identify, evaluate and qualify third-party manufacturing units based on quality standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Conduct vendor audits, facility inspections and GMP compliance assessments.
4. Review and approve product specifications, formulations, master manufacturing records, BMR/BPR and testing protocols.
5. Ensure quality compliance for Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM) and Finished Goods (FG).
6. Review COA (Certificate of Analysis), test reports and other quality documents before product release.
7. Coordinate with third-party manufacturers for batch manufacturing, quality issues, deviations and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
8. Handle product complaints, market returns, investigations and product recalls,



wherever applicable.
9. Ensure compliance with applicable AYUSH, FSSAI, GMP and other relevant regulatory requirements.
10. Coordinate with R&D;, Procurement, Production, Regulatory Affairs and Marketing teams for new product development and commercialization.
11. Monitor stability studies, shelf-life validation and product quality consistency.
12. Maintain proper quality documentation, SOPs, audit reports and regulatory records.

Candidate Requirements · B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / BAMS or relevant qualification.

· Minimum 4 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in Ayurvedic, Herbal or Nutraceutical manufacturing.

· Must have practical experience in handling third-party / contract manufacturing.

· Knowledge of GMP, quality audits, documentation, product specifications and regulatory compliance.

· Experience in vendor qualification, batch documentation and finished goods release.

· Positive coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to independently manage multiple third-party manufacturing partners.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Ayurvedic medicines, herbal formulations, nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, health supplements and FMCG healthcare products will be preferred.
