AI experience is mandatory

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing.
- Strong experience with Java, Selenium, Playwright
- Experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch.
- Strong knowledge of API testing tools such as Rest Assured.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
- 1-2 years of practical experience using AI-assisted development/testing tools.
- Exposure to AI-powered testing platforms such as Testim, mabl, Functionize, ACCELQ, Applitools, or Copilot for Testing.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Lead automation readiness initiatives, including tool evaluation, framework setup, team training, and onboarding of automation engineers.
