Role Description This is a full time, on-site Purchasing Executive role based in Ulhasnagar.

The Purchasing

Executive will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including receiving and reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation. The role involves maintaining vendor relationships, negotiating pricing and terms, and monitoring inventory levels to support operational requirements.

The Purchasing

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align procurement with project needs,



track purchase metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining records, resolving order discrepancies, and contributing to continuous improvement in purchasing processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Management, including handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
- Candidates should possess solid Procurement skills, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and cost optimization.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in purchasing or procurement within construction, manufacturing, or related industries is beneficial.
- Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and basic ERP or procurement software are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ulhasnagar, manage multiple priorities, and adhere to timelines and compliance standards.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
