Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager with a strong background in hospital procurement and consumables management. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, inventory control, vendor management, and ensuring the timely availability of hospital supplies at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of hospital consumables, medical supplies, surgical items, and general materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure timely purchase and delivery of materials as per hospital requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, expiry dates, and reorder points.
- Maintain purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and procurement records.
- Coordinate with hospital departments to understand material requirements.
- Ensure quality standards and cost-effective purchasing.
- Monitor supplier performance, pricing,



and delivery schedules.
- Implement effective cost-control and inventory management practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Any degree; relevant procurement qualifications preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchase and procurement.
- Mandatory experience in hospital / healthcare purchasing.
- Strong knowledge of hospital consumables, medical supplies, and inventory management.
- Experience in vendor negotiation and supplier management.
- Knowledge of ERP / inventory management systems.
- Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate A proactive and result-oriented professional with hands-on experience in hospital procurement, consumables sourcing, and cost optimization. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
