RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials as per production plans to avoid line stoppages.

- Monitor Plan vs Actual consumption and supply, taking corrective actions for deviations.

- Maintain optimal inventory levels, and drive actions on slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete materials.

- Coordinate with suppliers for on-time dispatch, ensuring adherence to delivery commitments and improving supplier performance.

- Drive CAPA for failure parts using Why-Why analysis and ensure effective closure to avoid recurrence.

YOUR PROFILE

- B.E./B.Tech graduate with experience in Purchase / Procurement/Supply Chain in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong knowledge of material planning, vendor management, and inventory control.

- Proven ability to analyse Plan vs Actual, manage shortages, and prevent production disruptions.

- Hands-on experience in supplier performance monitoring, CAPA, and root cause analysis (Why-Why).

- Valuable negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills with a focus on cost, quality, and delivery.
