Key Responsibilities

- Patient Guidance & Support: Assist patients through admission, room allocation, treatment tracking, and timely discharge processes.
- Grievance Handling: Regularly round on inpatient (IPD) rooms, address complaints, collect feedback/satisfaction forms, and resolve service or billing friction points.
- Department Coordination: Coordinate with nursing in-charges, pharmacy, and diagnostic departments (CT, USG, PET) to ensure tests and procedures happen on schedule.
- Insurance & Corporate Liaison: Handle TPA (Third-Party Administrator) coordination, explain insurance rules/regulations, and manage corporate tie-ups or physician referral networks.
- Outreach & Public Communication: Support health camps, awareness seminars, media interactions, and public information updates under management clearanc

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
