Role Description The Psychologist will provide remote, part-time psychological services, including assessment, counseling, and consultation for clients with a range of mental health needs. Day-to-day activities include conducting virtual intake interviews, administering and interpreting psychological assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based approaches. The role involves delivering telehealth counseling sessions, monitoring client progress, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with skilled and regulatory standards.

The Psychologist will collaborate with other health professionals as needed, offer guidance on mental health concerns,



and participate in periodic team meetings and case reviews to support integrated care.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply evidence-based theories and interventions.
- Experience in Counseling, including individual or group therapy, and skills in client engagement and rapport-building.
- Competence in Psychological Assessment, including selecting, administering, and interpreting appropriate tools.
- Understanding of Medicine or related health disciplines sufficient to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary care.
- Advanced degree (PhD or PsyD in Psychology, or equivalent) and current licensure or eligibility for licensure in relevant jurisdiction(s).
- Prior experience providing remote or telehealth services, with proficiency in using secure digital platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation and professional reporting.
- Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and non-discriminatory, inclusive care for clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time caseloads, and maintain appropriate boundaries and self-care.
