Role Description The Property Advisor (Real Estate) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata.

The Property

Advisor will guide prospective clients through the entire property selection and transaction process, including understanding their requirements, presenting suitable options, organizing site visits, and explaining pricing, amenities, and legal documentation. The role involves maintaining updated knowledge of available projects, local market trends, and investment opportunities, as well as coordinating with developers, internal teams, and financial institutions as needed.

Advisor will respond to inquiries, provide excellent customer service, follow up with leads, and support closing sales while ensuring transparent and ethical practices.



Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of client interactions, preparing basic reports, and contributing to property management activities where required.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally, build trust, and manage expectations throughout the transaction process.
- Candidates should possess Property Management skills to oversee listings, coordinate site visits, and support post-sale property-related issues.
- Candidates should possess Investments and Finance skills to explain property investment benefits, basic financial options, and affordability considerations to clients.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into successful transactions while maintaining ethical standards.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in real estate, property advisory, sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Candidates should have strong local market awareness of Kolkata and surrounding areas, including residential and commercial property trends.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in office, using basic digital tools (email, CRM, spreadsheets), and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Candidates should hold at least a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
- Two wheeler is compulsory.
