Diagnose hardware and software faults across various projector models (LED light engines, LCD panels, mainboards, power supply units, cooling fans, and Android smart boards). Perform component-level PCB diagnosis, soldering/desoldering (SMD components, connectors, power ICs, capacitors).

Service and realign optical systems: inspect and clean Fresnel lenses, polarizers, mirror arrays, and LCD panels; eliminate dust spots and optical artifacts. Troubleshoot thermal and acoustic issues (fan failures, thermal sensor faults, heatsink repasting). Flash, update, and recover system firmware, Android OS, and bootloader software on smart projector mainboards. Perform QC check
