Job Profile

- Manage client relationships, governance meetings, progress reviews, and steering committee updates.
- Manage client expectations, align deliverables with business goals, and handle delivery escalations.
- Translate technical updates into explicit business insights for executive stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end Telecom and IP-MPLS networking project deployment.
- Prepare and manage project plans, risk registers, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Ensure client requirements are met accurately and on schedule.
- Oversee Operations Maintenance (OM), network uptime, and high availability.
- Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).




- Lead critical incident management and provide timely Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports.

Candidate Profile

- B.E. / B.Tech in ECE, CSE, IT, or Related Fields
- MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM in IT
- 10+ Years of IT/Telecom Experience
- 3+ Years of Project Management Experience
- Telecom / IP-MPLS Project Delivery Experience
- Client Relationship Stakeholder Management
- Knowledge of Routing Protocols, IP-MPLS Telecom Networks
- Familiarity with ITIL, PMP, or PRINCE2
- Excellent Communication, Leadership Negotiation Skills
