Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager Scrum Master role based in the Pune Division. The individual in this role will lead cross-functional project teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and ensure alignment between project goals and stakeholder expectations. Daily responsibilities include planning and tracking project activities, managing backlogs, coordinating with expediting and logistics functions, and monitoring inspection and quality-related tasks.

The role involves removing impediments, managing risks and dependencies, maintaining clear documentation, and providing regular status updates to leadership and clients.

The Project Manager Scrum

Master will also coach teams on Agile practices,



promote continuous improvement, and support the timely and cost-effective delivery of project outcomes.

Qualifications

- Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

- Expeditor and Expediting skills to coordinate timelines, follow up on deliverables, and ensure on-time completion of project activities.

- Inspection skills to monitor quality, verify compliance with standards, and support resolution of issues identified during reviews.

- Logistics Management skills to oversee movement of materials, coordinate with vendors, and align logistics plans with project schedules.

- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks, with experience facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Proven ability to work in office with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and maintain organized project documentation.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clear reports and updates to stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, information technology, or a related field; professional certifications such as PMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are an advantage.
