Project Manager – Architecture & Interior Design

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to independently manage projects from design development through execution and final handover. The candidate will be responsible for project delivery, team leadership, client coordination, technical quality and adherence to timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of assigned projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project schedules, milestones and resource plans.
- Lead and manage project architects, junior architects and supporting teams.
- Monitor project progress, deliverables, timelines and budgets.
- Oversee design development, working drawings, detailing and technical coordination.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and site teams.
- Monitor site execution, workmanship and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify challenges, resolve technical and operational issues, and prevent delays.
- Conduct project reviews and maintain progress reports and documentation.
- Ensure design intent,



quality standards and timely project delivery.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proven ability to independently manage projects from planning to execution and handover.
- Strong knowledge of construction, materials, technical drawings and site execution.
- Experience in team leadership, client and consultant coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and project management tools.
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
