Project Manager - Lien Operation The Project Manager will handle and monitor US legal lien-related projects and ensure all work is completed accurately and on time.
Main Responsibilities
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects (dockets) from starting to completion.
- Team Management: Coordinate with different departments and guide project analysts.
- Data Management: Maintain data using Excel and SQL and create reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Problem Solving: Identify delays or issues in the process and find solutions.
- Client Reporting: Prepare reports and ensure clients receive updates on time.
- Training: Train recent and existing employees and prepare SOPs.
- Quality Check: Ensure work is accurate and follows company and client requirements.
