Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical EngineeringJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager – HVAC to lead and manage HVAC projects from planning and execution through commissioning and final handover. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in industrial HVAC systems, project management, site execution, vendor coordination, client management, and project delivery, preferably with prior experience handling projects for Reliance Industries or its associated facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesRequired Skills & ExperiencePreferred Candidate ProfileKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Lead and manage end-to-end HVAC project execution, ensuring timely completion within approved budgets and quality standards.
- Handle HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Manage HVAC systems such as:
- Chilled Water Systems
- AHUs, FCUs and HVAC equipment
- VRF / VRV Systems
- Chillers and Cooling Towers
- Ventilation and Exhaust Systems
- Industrial HVAC and Cleanroom Systems
- Coordinate with Reliance project teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, engineering standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
- Monitor project schedules, manpower planning, material procurement, and resource allocation.
- Review technical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers,



and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular project progress reviews and prepare MIS reports.
- Handle project budgets, billing, cost control, and variation claims.
- Ensure implementation of HSE and quality control procedures at project sites.
- Resolve technical and execution-related challenges and ensure timely project delivery.
- 10–15 years of experience in HVAC project management, preferably in industrial or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Previous experience working on Reliance Industries / Reliance Group projects is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC engineering, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Experience in handling large project teams and multiple contractors.
- Valuable understanding of AutoCAD drawings, BOQs, project planning, and execution.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Strong client coordination, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of industrial safety and quality standards.
- Candidates who have worked directly with Reliance Industries or executed HVAC projects at Reliance sites.
- Experience in refinery, petrochemical, manufacturing, oil & gas, or industrial facilities.
- Ability to independently manage projects from initiation to final handover.
- Strong exposure to client-facing project management and site execution.
