About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Manager with hands-on experience in EPC, Electrical, Automation, and Turnkey Industrial Projects. The candidate should have a solid technical understanding of project execution, BOQ/BOM handling, site coordination, installation supervision, and commissioning activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·

Study and understand tender documents, BOQs, technical specifications, and project scope.

·

Conduct site visits for requirement assessment, execution planning, and technical discussions.

·

Prepare BOMs,



material requirement lists, and execution plans.

·

Coordinate with vendors, procurement teams, and internal departments for smooth project execution.

·

Monitor project budgets, execution costs, and resource utilisation to ensure projects remain commercially viable.

·

Monitor project schedules, manpower allocation, and material availability.

·

Supervise installation, panel integration, cabling, testing, and commissioning activities at the site.

·

Coordinate with clients and resolve technical or execution-related issues.

·

Ensure project completion within the timeline while maintaining quality and safety standards.

·

Maintain project reports, documentation, MOMs, and project closure records.

Candidate Profile:

·

Minimum 3 years of experience in EPC / Electrical / Automation / Industrial Projects.

·

Strong understanding of industrial project execution and site coordination.

·

Good communication and coordination skills.

·

Comfortable with site visits and industrial project environments.

·

Knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and project documentation.

Preferred Industry Background:

·

Prior experience in industries like Steel, Power, Mining, Metal, EPC & Turnkey Project Companies or similar segments

Education:

· UG:

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering disciplines.
