Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale high-rise residential/commercial projects

, from mobilization through handover, ensuring delivery on time, cost, quality and safety

.

- Manage the complete project lifecycle including construction planning, structural/civil works, MEP coordination, contracts, billing, consultant management and stakeholder coordination

.

- Drive multiple contractors and site teams, proactively resolving execution bottlenecks while ensuring adherence to

EHS, quality standards and project milestones

.

- Provide solid leadership across planning, engineering and execution teams, with ownership of overall project performance.

Candidate Profile:

- Qualification:

BE/B.Tech – Civil Engineering, mandatory





- Experience:

18–27 years

- Significant experience with

EPC/construction companies handling high-rise projects

- Strong exposure to the

Mumbai/MMR construction environment

- Proven ability to independently lead large, complex projects as

Project Head / Construction Head / Senior Project Lead

Preferred Background:

Candidates currently working with established EPC organizations and experienced in delivering complex high-rise residential, mixed-use or redevelopment projects in Mumbai/MMR
