Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical / Production Engineering / Mechatronics

Experience: Relevant experience in Mining, EPC and Bulk Material Handling Projects

Industry Preference: Mid-sized equipment manufacturing companies

Role Summary

Responsible for end-to-end execution of EPC, revamp and equipment supply projects for Mining, Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and Cement Plants, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution and closure.
- Handle mining and bulk material handling projects involving coal handling plants, mineral processing plants and power plants.
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, suppliers, logistics teams, contractors and site personnel.
- Review purchase orders, technical specifications, commercial terms and contractual obligations.
- Monitor project costs, cash flow, customer payments and contractual closure, including release of ABG/PBG and other liabilities.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental and regulatory standards.
- Identify project risks, implement mitigation plans and resolve execution challenges.
- Prepare WBS, upload project details in SAP/ERP and monitor project milestones.




- Prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports and maintain effective customer relationships.

Key Technical Skills

Knowledge of bulk material handling and mining equipment, including:

- Conveying systems and pipe conveyors.
- Crushers, screens and feeders.
- Stacker-reclaimers and bucket wheel excavators.
- Wagon tippler systems and ship loaders/unloaders.
- Coal handling plants, mineral processing and cement plant equipment.

- Knowledge of SAP/ERP and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial, budgeting, cost-control and risk management abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with hands-on experience in mining EPC, revamp projects, bulk material handling equipment and industrial equipment manufacturing are preferred, particularly those experienced in coordinating manufacturing, supply chain and site execution activities.
