Job Description

Pradhan Industries is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, handle accounting entries and ensure timely completion of statutory and financial compliance activities.

The ideal candidate should have solid practical knowledge of Tally, accounting principles, ledger management, account posting, reconciliation and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Perform accounting entries and voucher posting in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Maintain purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal and contra entries.
- Handle general ledger, debtor and creditor accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliation and party ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Verify purchase bills, sales invoices, expense vouchers and supporting documents.
- Maintain cash book, bank book and other accounting registers.
- Assist in GST returns, TDS, TCS and other statutory compliances.




- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, outstanding reports and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors and other departments whenever required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Com / M.Com in Commerce or equivalent qualification.
- 10-12 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Practical experience in day-to-day account posting and handling.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS and TCS.
- Experience in bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny and finalisation of accounts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in manufacturing, mining, trading or industrial organisations will be preferred.
- Should be capable of independently handling routine accounting operations.
- Must be detail-oriented, sincere, organised and responsible.
- Should be able to manage accounting activities with minimal supervision.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
