The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on F&B; Captain to supervise restaurant service operations and ensure guests enjoy a smooth, welcoming and memorable dining experience.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of restaurant operations, the ability to supervise service staff and a strong understanding of hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, guide and coordinate the F&B; service team.
- Ensure proper table arrangements, restaurant setup and service readiness.
- Monitor food and beverage service quality and ensure timely order delivery.
- Welcome guests, understand their requirements and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Handle guest feedback, service-related concerns and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and timely food service.
- Maintain communication between frontline service staff and restaurant management.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, grooming and service standards.
- Monitor table turnover, service efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures, stock coordination and daily operational reporting.




- Support banquet and special-event service requirements whenever needed.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotels, restaurants or the hospitality industry.
- Previous experience as an F&B; Captain, Restaurant Supervisor, Senior Steward or similar position.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Good understanding of restaurant service procedures and F&B; operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to guide and coordinate service staff.
- Professional grooming, positive attitude and guest-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy service hours.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and restaurant service standards.

Preferred: Experience in boutique resorts, premium restaurants or luxury hospitality properties.
