Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates for an International Chat Support Process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through live chat and provide prompt assistance.
- Resolve customer concerns related to products, services, orders, payments, and accounts.
- Provide accurate information while maintaining skilled communication.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate / HSC candidates with minimum 1 Year Experience
- Good written English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously.
