Position : Talent Acquisition Intern

Compensation : ₹5,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Support end-to-end recruitment activities.

Requirements :

- Pursuing or completed graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment.
- Familiarity with Naukri and LinkedIn is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
