Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Data Operator to manage and maintain customer information in our CRM system. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good typing skills, proficiency in English, and an eye for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain Client data in the CRM system.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of customer records.
- Organise and manage customer databases, leads, and contact details.
- Update lead status, follow-ups, and other relevant information.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies or duplicate entries.
- Generate basic reports and maintain data records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for data-related requirements.




- Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.

Requirements

- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Positive typing speed and accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Basic understanding of CRM software is an advantage.
- Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
