Position: Psychiatrist

Location: Shanti Home, KP-3, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh (201310)

Work Mode: In-Person

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month

Job Overview:- We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our clinical team at Shanti Home, Greater Noida. In this role, you will diagnose, treat, and manage patients experiencing various mental, emotional, and behavioral health disorders in a clinical/hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:-

●Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, clinical interviews, and diagnostic assessments.

●Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy coordination.

●Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments as necessary, and maintain accurate medical records.

●Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members (psychologists, nurses, social workers) to ensure holistic care.





●Handle crisis interventions and psychiatric emergencies when required.

Key Requirements:-

● Education: MBBS with an MD or DNB in Psychiatry (or DPM). ●

Registration: Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) / National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council.

● Experience: Prior clinical experience in inpatient/outpatient psychiatric settings preferred.

●Skills: Solid clinical diagnostic abilities, compassionate patient care, and effective communication skills.
