What You Will Do

- Conduct detailed one-on-one sessions to understand students' academic backgrounds and future career goals.
- Recommend suitable international universities and academic programs based on individual student profiles.
- Provide explicit, step-by-step guidance on university admissions criteria and basic visa documentation procedures.
- Assist students in gathering, verifying, and organizing their application materials.
- Coordinate with internal documentation and client relationship teams to ensure all applications are processed smoothly.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of student interactions and application progress using Google Workspace tools.
- Keep informed on current international education trends, university updates, and changing visa guidelines.

Required Qualifications

- Experience:



2 to 3 years of proven experience as an Academic Counsellor, Student Advisor, or in a similar overseas education role.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of international university admissions and academic frameworks.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malayalam.
- Core Skills: Strong active listening, patience, and a strictly consultative approach to student guidance.
- Technical Proficiency: Intermediate computer and AI Skills required

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Experience:

- overseas education industry: 2 years (Preferred)
