Job Summary:

We are seeking a Vice Principal a reputed school Young India Police School located near Narsingi in Hyderabad, experienced with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in CBSE schools handling classes VI to VIII.

The role requires solid academic leadership, administrative expertise, and the ability to foster a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will support the Principal in curriculum implementation, teacher mentorship, and overall school operations while ensuring adherence to CBSE guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in school administration, policy implementation, and staff management.
- Supervise academic programs and ensure alignment with CBSE standards.
- Guide and mentor teachers to enhance instructional quality.
- Monitor student discipline, performance, and overall well-being.
- Strengthen parent-teacher communication and engagement.
- Oversee examinations, assessments, and co-curricular activities.




- Ensure compliance with CBSE norms and school policies.

Candidate Profile:

- Education: Masters/Bachelors degree in Education or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a CBSE school.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Preferred: Knowledge of school operations, curriculum planning, and teacher training.

Note: Looking for a candidate who has experience working as a Vice Principal/ any other leadership role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
