Job Description officer / Senior officer (Talent Acquisition Executive – Non-IT)

Location: Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad

Salary: based on interview

Experience: Non-IT recruitment experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Handle end-to-end Non-IT and lateral recruitment.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring panels.
- Negotiate salaries and follow up until joining.

Required Skills

- Hands-on sourcing knowledge of Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and time-management abilities.

Eligibility : Experienced recruiters preferred 1 to 2 Years

Work Mode: Work from office

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
