We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Estimation Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing project cost estimates, BOQs, material calculations, and quotations for residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed project cost estimates and budgets.
- Calculate quantities of materials, labour, and other resources.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost breakdowns.
- Analyse architectural and structural drawings.
- Estimate costs for civil, interior, and finishing works.
- Collect and compare quotations from suppliers and vendors.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project teams.
- Monitor project costs and ensure budget accuracy.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.




- Understanding of construction materials and costing.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in estimation, costing, or quantity surveying will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
