Key Responsibilities
Automobile Sales
- Target Achievement: Lead the team to hit daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
- Coaching & Mentoring: Train new hires, provide regular feedback, and run skill-building sessions.
- Performance Monitoring: Track individual and team metrics, conversion rates, and sales pipeline health.
- Strategy Execution: Help roll out company sales strategies, processes, and compliance standards.
- Key Account Management: Handle escalations, support complex deals, and manage key client relationships.
- Reporting: Report team progress, forecasts, and roadblocks directly to senior management or regional managers
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
