Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.

· Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing.

· Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on project requirements.

· Automate test cases using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.

· Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.

· Identify, document, track, and report software defects using bug-tracking tools.

· Validate application functionality, usability, performance, and compatibility across browsers and devices.

· Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve issues.

· Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release testing.

· Maintain test documentation and prepare test execution reports.

· Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines where required.

· Explore AI-powered testing tools to improve test coverage and testing efficiency.

Required Technical Skills

· Automation Tools: Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.

· Programming Languages: Java, Python, or JavaScript.

· API Testing: Postman, REST API testing, and JSON validation.





· Manual Testing: Functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.

· Bug Tracking: Jira or similar defect-management tools.

· Web Technologies: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web application architecture.

· Database Testing: Basic SQL queries and database validation.

· Version Control: Git and GitHub.

· Additional Advantage: CI/CD tools, performance testing with JMeter, mobile automation with Appium, and AI-assisted testing.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.

· 1–3 years of experience in QA testing or test automation.

· Robust understanding of the software testing life cycle (STLC) and software development life cycle (SDLC).

· Ability to write test cases, automate test scenarios, and analyze test results.

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
