Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Academic DTP Operator with experience in typing and formatting academic content, particularly in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, for Junior College students. The candidate should be proficient in typing mathematical equations, scientific formulas and preparing high-quality academic materials.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Type and format academic content for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subjects.
- Prepare question papers, study materials, notes, assignments and practice tests.
- Type complex mathematical equations, formulas, symbols and numerical problems.
- Format Physics formulas, diagrams, graphs and scientific notations.
- Type Chemistry equations, chemical reactions, structures and formulas.
- Convert handwritten notes and printed materials into editable digital documents.
- Ensure accuracy in subject-specific terminology, formulas and formatting.
- Coordinate with faculty members to prepare and revise academic materials.
- Maintain proper formatting and consistency across all academic documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Academic DTP or scientific typing preferred.
- Solid knowledge of MS Word and advanced formatting.
- Experience with MathType, equation editors and scientific symbols.
- Knowledge of typing mathematical equations and chemical reactions.
- Familiarity with CorelDRAW, Adobe InDesign or similar DTP software is an added advantage.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Ability to understand and format Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry content.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with previous experience in Junior Colleges, Educational Institutions, Publishing Houses or Academic Content Preparation.
- Candidates who have worked on Intermediate-level Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry question papers and study materials will be preferred.

Working Conditions

- Location: Himayathnagar Branch, Hyderabad
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
