URGENT HIRING – HR MANAGER

Location: Patia,Bhubaneswar

Experience: 2+ Years

Employment Type: In Person

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

1.Handle client visits and field HR operations

2.Manage employee joining, onboarding, documentation & separation

3.Track attendance, leave, overtime & salary inputs

4.Prepare monthly salary calculations

5.Handle PF & ESI number allotment and related documentation

6.Calculate overtime, bonus, gratuity & Full & Final Settlement (F&F;)

7.Handle employee queries and grievance resolution

8.Maintain employee records and HR MIS

9.Coordinate with clients and employees for smooth HR operations

Candidate Requirements :

1.Graduate / MBA / BBA with 2+ years of HR experience

2.Experience in Field HR, Payroll, Staffing/Manpower or Client-Site HR preferred

3.Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Payroll Calculations, PF, ESI & Gratuity.

4.Strong communication and coordination skills
