Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure overall organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership, financial management skills, and preferably have working knowledge of Tally ERP for accounting and financial monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures
- Supervise accounting processes and review financial reports using Tally ERP
- Lead, motivate, and manage staff to improve productivity




- Develop policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Maintain vendor and client relationships
- Prepare performance reports for management review
- Maintaining the social media handles of the company (Instagram, Facebook , Google business)

Age:

- Must be 30+

Experience:

- The ideal candidate must have relevant experience as General Manager or related post of 5 years+ in wholesale or retail environment in Electronics field
