Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible HR Cum Procurement Executive with experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, vendor management, and construction material procurement. Candidates with experience in the real estate/construction industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and exit formalities.
- Prepare JDs, shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely hiring.
- Manage PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Handle construction site and office procurement requirements.
- Identify vendors, negotiate prices, compare quotations, and process purchase orders.
- Ensure timely material delivery as per project and site requirements.




- Maintain vendor, purchase, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Accounts, and vendors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR and Procurement.
- Construction/Real Estate industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of recruitment, PF, ESI, vendor management, and material procurement.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and MS Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
