Job Summary

Vynedam Private Limited is looking for proactive Field Delivery & Support Engineers to support equipment delivery, site coordination, technical handover, and basic troubleshooting activities. The selected candidates will coordinate with customers, project teams, and technical departments to ensure smooth equipment delivery and acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate equipment delivery and site-level activities with customers and internal teams.
- Verify equipment, accessories, and supporting documents during delivery and handover.
- Support technical inspection and acceptance activities at customer locations.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and assist in resolving equipment-related issues.
- Record field observations, service issues, and delivery-related feedback.
- Coordinate with technical teams for issues requiring further investigation or resolution.
- Maintain delivery reports, handover records, and field support documentation.
- Provide regular updates on delivery progress and site-related activities.
- Support post-delivery coordination and escalate technical concerns when required.

Required Skills

- 1–4 years of experience in field engineering, technical support,



equipment delivery, or a related role.
- Basic understanding of UAV/drone equipment or relevant technical systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of equipment inspection and basic troubleshooting.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Strong customer communication and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and project locations when required.
- Ability to coordinate with technical and project teams.

Education

- Diploma, B.Tech, or B.E. in a relevant engineering discipline is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant field support or technical delivery experience may also be considered.

Performance Expectations

- Support timely equipment delivery and technical handover.
- Maintain accurate field reports and acceptance records.
- Coordinate effectively with customers and internal technical teams.
- Report and escalate field issues promptly.

Work Arrangement

This is a remote-based chance open to candidates across India, with travel to customer sites and project locations required for delivery and support activities.
