- Create and maintain baseline, revised, and recovery schedules using the Critical Path Method (CPM) and Gantt charts.
- Convert Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and contract data into a structured WBS with explicit task sequences and dependencies.
- Forecast and allocate labor, materials, equipment, and budget requirements in coordination with procurement and finance teams.
- Gather daily/weekly/monthly site data (DPR, WPR, MPR) to track actual progress against planned milestones.
- Identify bottlenecks, analyze cost overruns, and assist with Extension of Time (EOT) claims and recovery plans.
- Liaise with project managers, quantity surveyors, site execution teams, clients, and consultants during progress meetings.
Experience Required :- 5 to 7 Years
Pay: ₹41,500.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
