We are looking for an experienced and responsible Pharmacy In-Charge with a minimum of 6 years of experience in pharmacy operations and management. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations, managing inventory, ensuring proper dispensing of medicines, maintaining regulatory compliance, and leading pharmacy staff.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, inventory management, prescription handling, and pharmacy administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day pharmacy operations.
- Ensure accurate dispensing of medicines as per valid prescriptions.
- Maintain adequate stock levels and monitor medicine inventory.
- Oversee purchase, receiving, storage, and expiry management of medicines.
- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy laws, regulations,



and safety standards.
- Maintain proper records of medicines, prescriptions, purchases, and sales.
- Monitor and prevent stock shortages, expired products, and inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with doctors, healthcare professionals, suppliers, and other departments.
- Supervise, train, and guide pharmacy staff.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of temperature-sensitive medicines.
- Monitor pharmacy sales, billing, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate documentation.

Required Qualifications

- B.Pharm / D.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Valid State Pharmacy Council registration,

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
