Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our sales team . The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities, and a business-oriented mindset.
The selected candidates will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.
- Research and approach potential customers and clients.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable products or services.
- Conduct client meetings, sales discussions, and follow-ups.
- Convert potential leads into successful sales.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing business deals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain proper records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Valuable client handling and relationship management skills.
- Strong business development and networking mindset.
- Ability to identify potential business opportunities.
- Good follow-up and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.
