Manage 2-3 IT infrastructure & Service Desk projects (50+ team). Oversee Data Center ops, SLAs/KPIs, ticket lifecycles, and ITSM processes. Drive operational analytics/MIS, resource planning, escalation management, and high CSAT.

Required Candidate profile

8+ yrs exp in IT infrastructure with 5-8 yrs in Program/Ops Mgmt. Skilled in Service Desk, Data Center ops, ITSM tools (ServiceNow) & MIS. ITIL certified. Location: Bangalore.
