What you will do

- Connect with parents and students and explain NIYO programs (Explorer, Innovator, Fellowship)
- Guide families through enrolment and onboarding
- Follow up with prospects and update everything in the NIYO App

Incentive per onboarding (above your fixed salary):
- 30-44 onboardings: ₹60 each
- 45-59: ₹75 each
- 60-74: ₹90 each
- 75-89: ₹120 each
- 90+: ₹150 each

Example: 75 onboardings in a month = ₹9,000 extra, so total earning ₹27,000-29,000. 90 extra, so total ₹31,500-33,500.
