To manage and supervise day-to-day steel fabrication activities to ensure timely completion of production targets, optimum manpower utilization, quality standards, safety compliance, and project delivery as per approved drawings and project schedules.

Production Planning & Execution

- Plan, organize, and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.
- Ensure timely completion of fabrication work as per project schedules and delivery commitments.
- Monitor production activities including cutting, marking, drilling, fit-up, welding, grinding, assembly, and finishing.
- Ensure proper utilization of machinery, tools, equipment, and available resources.
- Monitor production progress against planned targets and take corrective action in case of delays.
- Coordinate with the Planning Department for production priorities and drawing requirements.

Technical & Drawing Knowledge
- Read and understand structural fabrication drawings




- Ensure fabrication work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- Verify material dimensions, cutting sizes, hole locations, welding details, and assembly requirements.
- Coordinate with the Engineering / Design Department for drawing discrepancies and technical clarifications.

Manpower Management
- Allocate manpower according to production requirements and project priorities.
- Supervise For Fitter, Welders, Gas Cutters, Grinders, Helpers, and other production workers.
- Ensure optimum utilization and productivity of available manpower.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
