Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Any Discipline)
Experience: 5+ Years in heavy manufacturing or industrial production plants, with hands-on experience managing 100+ employees
Core Skills: Sound knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC) and Quality Control
Technical & Process Expertise: Expertise in ERP production modules, manufacturing execution systems (MES), and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma)
Leadership: Robust shop-floor troubleshooting, cross-functional team leadership, and data-driven root-cause analysis for downtime and waste reduction
Compliance:Strict adherence to industrial safety standards and statutory factory compliance protocols
