About the Role

We are urgently hiring a Production Supervisor to manage daily workshop operations for interior furniture and woodwork, ensuring timely production, consistent quality, and efficient use of manpower and materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise daily production activities, including cutting, edge banding, assembly, finishing, and packing
- Allocate tasks to carpenters, machine operators, and helpers, and monitor productivity and attendance
- Ensure production is done as per approved shop drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with the design, projects, and procurement teams on drawings, material requirements, and schedules
- Monitor material issue, usage, and wastage, and maintain stock records
- Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure rework is completed before dispatch
- Ensure proper upkeep and safe operation of machinery and tools
- Coordinate dispatch and delivery of finished items to project sites




- Maintain daily production reports and report delays or issues to management
- Enforce workshop safety and housekeeping norms

Requirements

- Diploma/ITI in Carpentry, Mechanical, Wood Technology, Furniture Design, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a production role in modular furniture, interiors, or woodworking
- Ability to read shop drawings and cutting lists
- Knowledge of panel processing machines, hardware, laminates, and finishes
- Good leadership, planning, and people management skills
- Fluency in Malayalam; working knowledge of English
- Basic MS Office skills
